They claim that I applied for a loan with their company which I didnt and there was a processing fee of $30 that I never authorized taken from my account. When I called their customer service line I was on hold waiting for a supervisor for over 20 min and when I did speak to him he did not answer any of my cancels with a direct answer and further more hung up on me when I was inquiring about the company's name and address.
