I applied for a loan and my information was sold to this company who in turn tried to offer me a loan, I declined and they submitted to my bank a check in my name payable to Palm Loan Advances for $30.00. Stating that a signature was not needed because I authorized the transaction... Totally false! They over drafted my account costing me an additional $27.50.
