I received a check for 3995.50 and a letter saying i had won a sweepstakes of 250,000.00 from the multi-state lottery association and i was to cash the check and pay 3000 dollars in taxes. I don't understand why we would pay taxes to france from the us. I looked this company up and it is a scam. I beleive they are taking advantage of people with hard times. They need to be stopped.
