I ordered x 2 polo ralph lauren tops off a site I thought to be fine. I have not received anything and have had reply by email from them with no contact details but other service pay email addresses and plus a phone number abroad i have clicked on the link which comes up with some Chinese writing etc i paid for these on my debit card. Could you please help me as to what has happened and if there is anything i can do.
