Two working days later I received an email from belinda (service4@fashionpay.com) of fashionpay requesting details of my purchase from them in order for them to 'investigate the seller'. I don't expect to receive my sandals, but I wait to be proved wrong.
Yoursstore.com (IP: 216.244.86.28) is registered in the USA through wowrack.com. The registrar is Shanghai Yovole Networks Inc.
Www.fashionpay.com (IP59.42.242.24) website is copyright to Shenzhen Suitong Network Technology Co Ltd and the IP Host is registered to Asia Pacific Network Information Centre, P.O. Box 3646, South Brisbane, QLD4101, Australia.
Another company behind fashionpay seems to be Alibaba (China) Technology Co. Ltd. A Chinese datacentre equivalent to Wowrack.com in the USA.
