Ninja Blender Order Not Delivered After 15 Days

I did a purchase of Ninja blender with delivery option on 3rd Dec'12. Expecting to receive my order within 7 days (this is what status by Groupon). Despite making several calls to find out the delivery status. Wasting time and money on the checking. And it's not easy to call in most of the time. Till now I yet received my order. 15 days passed, wonder where is my order? Will reached me NOT???
Really don't feel good! Disappointed with Groupon!!
