I have placed an order over 2 months ago. I still have not received yet. Called Cloudsmemoryfoam and the answers given is: lost in transit. They will send it again and I will receive my order in 10 days time. More than one month past, I still haven not received the order yet. Complaint to Groupon and they could not do refund as "the order has dispatched".
What a lie! Customer services in Groupon is extremely useless. Fail to solve anything but to waste my time. Will never shop in Groupon again. Very bad experience.
