Not good business

First of all, YOUR salesman, for N.W. AR., TOTALLY missrepresented your company. Told us that 12.50 dollars a month and 1.69% on each card swipe is ALL we would be charged, but low and behold—NUMEROUS HIDDEN CHARGES!!! I called, talked to a rep., who was RUDE RUDE RUDE and would not give a straight answer on ANYTHING!!! Told to dscontiue the service & was told i would have a 175.00 disconnect fee. Your salesman, Trevor something or the told us we could disconnect anytime with NO fee or cost to return the eqipment. But NO!!! We ARE A very small buisness and all YOUR hidden costs are making it harder & harder to keep the service. So far this year we have been charged around 200.00 in membership charges and numerous other HIDDEN charges. Apparentlly you do not care about your customers. Your salesman should be FIRED!!! The contract would take a corprate lawyer to understand it. Why cant your company just be honest???
