Sam Hall entered a contract with me to build a pole barn with a living quarters inside of it. Sam had the barn put up with no doors and the barn leaked. The Posts were not concreted into place and the Garage doors faced the wrong direction. From that point it got much worse. He has no idea how to install trim and doors. He wanted more money to get started on the rest of it. I gave him more under the conditon he would complete the work. He came out for half a day and did a poor quality of work. He left. The following year he promised to complete the work. He did not Sam Hall continually lied to me and promised work that he had no intention of doing. I had to not only pay for the work to finish the barn: however, he never paid the sub-contractors.
