My wife went to change our mailing address - thought she was at the US Post office site and got these guys somehow instead. They charged $9.95 instead of the $1 the USPS charges. We wanted our mail to be forwarded starting 11/30 - they filed it with the USPS 12/9 so all that mail is stuck at our old address - incompetent at best, scam at worst!
