Miscellaneous

While preparing for a move, I did a Google search for "change of address", expecting to get the USPS website in order to change my personal address and the address for my wife's consulting business.instead, I found this company's website. I was charged $19.95 for each change of address ($19.95 x 2 = $39.90). After arriving at our new residence, neither my wife nor I were receiving forwarded mail. When my wife called the USPS to question why our mail was not forwarded, and informed them that we had each paid $19.95 for this service, the USPS informed us that we had been scammed and that they had received no documentation related to our change of address.

I reviewed the email "receipts" that were sent by this company, and there was no obvious contact information.

This company is obviously taking advantage of people and is misrepresenting itself as the USPS. The USPS logo is on the front page of their website. It is hard to believe that this is legal. To me this is outright theft and this company needs to be held accountable for their crimes and prohibited from committing these same crimes against others.
