I paid an initial professional fee of $8,400 for the following: (1) Drawing set of plans for remodeling my existing home. (2) Obtaining buiding permit (One year has gone by—still no permit issued,) (3) Structural site inspection I also paid $38,000 start-up costs for excavation and new construction. Exterior and interior demolition. Start of actual construction. (Only 1&3 have been completed.) I've asked for receipts of actual costs incurred, but I have not been provided with any information whatsoever, after dozens of requests, both face to face and by phone. I've been ripped off by this company and I'm furious.
