Hurt my little girl

On dec 14th between 6 and 6:30 pm went to ryans to eat in terre haute in my little girl was getting her food at the bar and a worker was walkin with a tray and ran into my 9 year old hit her in the head with it she got a knot on her head and the whole top of her ear swelled up and was brusied and even tho that happened not one person that worked there showed any consern about it untill i asked the manager for some ice told him what happened and he knew what had happend because without me telling him which lady did it he walked over to her mad her come say she was sorry but after that nothing her ear is still swollen and black and blue has a little cut on it my point is people who work in busy places like that are supost use safety presedures and this lady was walking fast not watching were she was going then didnt show any consern untill i said something to the manage
