I received a manilla very large envelop with stripes on the back with words "priority documents enclosed - need immediate attention, do not delay" on the front were words "rapid notice" and document verification area. Well i read somewheres if anything seem too good to be true then it is a fraud. I decided to go on line and look for any information on this. Low and behold there it is. I am to receive $2,536, 092.23 after i send a transfer fee of $20. Either cash, check or money order payable to faa by a deadline postmark date of 12/18, i will receive my cash prize account by bonded federal carrier. The notice were sent to me.
