On 12/9 I received the same "Your entry last month has won! Go to http://TargetsPrizes.com / and enter code 4787 to claim your free Target Gift card within 24 hours!". I started to fill in the info until it asked that I fill out a survey and provide MY credit card info. 12/14 at 10:00 AM I received a phone call following up and I told him I bailed out because it was not right to ask for my credit card info. He hung up. Text was from 301-882-3002; Call was from 703-348-5596.
