I was told they would get me a loan and if I accepted loan then they would take a £79 fee. I never accepted a loan and I tried to cancel within the 7 day period. I was calling constantly to to cancel within 7 day period and it was always engaged or went on to an answering machine telling me to press 1 and they would get back to me but they didnt get back to me. I finally got through on the 7th day which was still within the time limit and they would not refund the £79 fee. What do I do now? Thank u
