Placed an order for some electronics and clothing on 11-27-12. After I placed the order, it said it processed, but no shipping information was provided, and when I attempted to call the phone number, a recorded message in chinese came on and hung up on me. I submitted a help ticket, said they would respond in one business day to my complaint... I'm not going to hold my breath. I just want my money back.
