Maybe I'm the 1st of its kind for Time Warner Cable that a new roommate had twc before. I dont understand why you would punish me for someone else bills. They asked me to send a lease and I did that to show I didn't use there service I just moved in 8 days ago still no deal. Pay her bill or she pay it or they will keep the freeze on my address. I allowed her and her kids to move in to help them escape a terrible situation and it seems as tho no one can help me. I live in a veteran based apt complex and I wonder how they are handling these minor problems that are annoying. No good deed goes unpunished. I just don't like the run around from the reps I had to explain my situation a dozen times and each has a different solution and answer. It's like I need and act of Congress. A recession? Good will win over evil it always do.
