We had a contracted with SharePoint Saturday, Inc. For conference registration services. On July 31 I received a call that he was going to cancel the conference and I will need to refund everyone's credit card. I explained there are crdit card fees and services rendered that he will need to pay. The conference was canceled less than 3 weeks out.

I receive an email in September that he would be paying our invoice. I have contacted him repeatedly by email and phone without any return response.

If you look at LinkedlIn you will see that his company is called CFA Institute, SharePoint Saturday, Inc. The information about CFA says"CFA institute is a global, not-for-profit association of Investment professionals that awards the CFA and CIPN designations. We promote the highest ethical standards...".

I don't think much of his "so called ethical standards", if he can't return calls or emails and pay his bills. I have even mention in emails and calls that "we can work this out if you would contact me".
