Fraudelent, Misleading, Rip off

I signed up for the class in September. The Rep told me that I would receive the materials in 10 to 15 business days. Oreintation would start on 10/04/03 and I did not need the materials for that. I could not log in so then I tried the conference line and I ended up on the conference call with 1 other person who was having the same problem logging in, but no instructor. I tried to contact tech support and my email was sent back to me undeliverable/unknown address.

I tried to call no answer with student services or tech support on that Saturday. So I call the following Monday still no answer or return of calls. So I called back to registration that is the only place you could get a live person who kept connecting me to voice mail that was full. Then they sent me to Charmaine and T.C. Basically I was lied to by both of these people. I was never able to log in to the classes. They kept giving me the run around saying that I need to log in earlier, teachers server went down, the materials were on back order. Then I received a email stating that class would be delayed for 2 weeks starting 10/17/03 and that they would be closed on that Friday because of a holiday and that you could call on Monday.By that time all of the numbers were so called temporarily suspended and the website was down. Then I received a email from the instructor Monica stating that she did not know what was going on but she would work for them no longer because she had not been paid, and she was start up a class on her own and to let her know if any of the other students would like to join. This was the last straw. At this time I found virtual learning center and I was immediately sent my material the same day and took my first test the next day. Received my books within 2 days. So I filed a complaint against C.T. Solutions Inc with the Attorney Generals Office basically giving all the information that I just gave you. I told them repeatly that I would do this unless my problem was resolved. I

Plan on reporting them to the BBB so they can add a report about their reputation on to their listings; and also to Monster.com so that they can remove their joblisting. If any one else has experienced these problems with C.T. Solutions I suggest you do the same. It is not good enough to warn peopole about them, someone may slip through the cracks. This so call training center is stealing peoples money not mention their hopes and dreams.including wasting our valuable time with their sick twisted mind games to con you out of your money. Career Training Solutions Inc. Should be shut down before they can do this to any one else.
