Blackbook claims to have the cutting edge vehicle trade-in pricing so after using their so called service they dont show you values until you enter your contact information then it comes back with a "value cannot be shown not enough information on your vehicle" then out of the blue you get auto dealers saying the recived the Blackbook quote and would like to arrange them to do a trade in, and when You go they want to give you the appraisal that blackbook gave them of $1250 trade value for a vehicle that has a trade value of $4000 I took a peek at the trade value sheet it showed BlackBook valued my van at $6975 And because of them My vehicle was seriously underpriced causing me to lose $5750 on my vehicle which Is fraud Blackbook is used because dealers dont like to lost money but they also like to screw the buyer because they know they can they will throw out figures like we have to pay for detailing, Inspection, and repairs which they Dont actually do BlackBook Is basically there for dealers to buy your ride dirt cheap and make more money off you the buye
