Refused to Cancel Billing, Long Hold Times on Support Line

Refusal to cancel. It is extremely difficult to reach a real person. They promised cancellation and discontinuance of billing, but the problem is recurring. They refuse to refund any money. There is a lot of runaround, and I continue to be ripped off.

The number is 1-800-865-9408. Try that number. I waited 38 minutes, was then redirected, and waited another 25 minutes (with high-pitched bells that give you a head and ear ache). Hopefully it will be resolved. Yeah, right. I am contacting the Attorney General in MN. It was $9.99 a month for 6 months. Countless hours were wasted trying to resolve this to no avail.
