Unauthorized $39.96 charge after paying for Xbox Live and Netflix

We have Xbox Live and we went to pay for 3 months for $24.99 and our Netflix bill for 7.99 and somehow we got charged for both things and got charged $39.96 for some random charge that we did not authorize. This is (Inappropriate Content Removed)
