Not recieving items collected & missing cash

I collect items in the game and they do not go into the game... I know i have collected over 150 holiday gifts, and it says i have collected 24 gifts... Also it says things will be applied to your task, and 3/4 of those never make it to my task... And i have also had fv cash disappear from my game... My game crashes quite frequently, i have had loading issues, i have had most of the issues at the top of the page, the whoa farmer, and all of the others also...
