On October 28, my account was debited $4.95 as agreed, for the shipping of a free E-cigarette. Unbeknownst to me, it was then debited $99.67 on 11/13, and an additional $79.62 on 11/29. On 12/3 I received in the mail a package of replacement filters for the E-cigarette, which I had not ordered. I called the customer service line on 12/9, speaking to a female calling herself Franz. Contingent upon receipt of the E-cigarette and all accoutrements, for which she issued a Return Authorization, she promised to refund all monies except the initial $4.95 shipping charge.
