I ordered the product on the phone after seeing ad on tv. They told me it would 28dollars and change which i paid last month. Called them on March 31st when i received extra filters in the mail which i did not order. They said it was automatic after ordering the free cigarette. At no time did she say anything about extra charge for cigarette being on my bill. When i received my credit card bill today there was a charge for an additional 149.90 for the cigarette on my bill. At no point did they ever say anything about this charge. Would not have ordered if i had known. On tv they said free for shipping and handling. And when i called to order they never said anything either, to me this is fraud.
