Beware Memphis Truck Driver Do Not Lease From JNJ Express

Well i do work at jnj express trucking in memphis tennessee and i am a lease driver that has not seen a paycheck in almost 2 months since becoming a lease driver. While i do not pick or choice my loads, the company still get paid and i do not, when i was a company driver i ran plenty of miles and had light loads, now since becoming a lease driver i get low miles and very heavy loads and i have to pay for the fuel and for the truck which is usually around 700.00 a week, and they get paid regardless. This is a rip off i have not been paid in over a month and live off my 150.00 weekly advance and now xmas is coming up and the company dont give the driver extra money. I dont know how i can even buy my kids gifts, i wish i never signed that lease contracts because it is a scam and i know other black drivers who have already quit the company and or the program.
