I am a fully bank verified member of solid trustpay and deposited two payments of $225 USD a few minutes apart on the 6th December. One payment is stuck in the pending area (if your fully verified it is supposed to be instantly available) and the other has completely disappeared even though my bank has told me that both payments were sent to solid trust.
Also I was fully verified until the 6th and now I am not verified at all according to their site? I have rung them and their phones are constantly down and have emailed tickets to them and still no communication.
