I requested a withdraw on 7/11 for $1448.00. I have been verified on all accounts with Solidtrustpay and do not understand the reason for such a delay in giving me my money. I have tried now for 2 weeks to get in touch with someone, by phone, email, and sending tickets. I too have noticed that when I try to pull up my tickets they have disappeared. I have tried once again to contact them and try to find out why I am not getting my money. I was really looking forward to doing business with Solidtrust Pay, but if their company can't even get people their money then it is not a company I want to do business with. It is bad when you are told it is going to be 3-5 business days before you will have the money deposited in your bank account and 2 weeks later it still is pending. My ticket # is 305817.
