I have experienced credit card fraud as of 7.22.12 and have tried numerous times to resolved the fraud with no follow up what so eve

I have experienced the absolutely worst service in my life time. I had credit card fraud with over $2K dollars since July 22 and called numerous times to their fraud department. Their 1-888-362-0005 has a voice recording to leave name and account number and someone will get back to you within 48 hours. How absurd??? In addition, they actually sent a physical credit card to an unauthorized person two times after many times telling them it is CREDI CARD FRAUD! I have paid off what I owe and closed the account yet there is about $305 of unauthorized charges and no one will call me back.
