Magazine Burst Credit Fraud - Illegally charging credit cards

An unauthorized charge of $89.00 was made to my credit card account on 11/30.initially I had no idea what this was for, but after further research I uncovered the following: On April 24 I ordered five magazines from a company called Magazine Burst. They were supposed to cost around $27.00, and I was shocked when a charge of $94.96 was made on my credit card account. I immediately called the company and cancelled the order and demanded a refund, but it took many phone calls before I finally received a refund of $94.96 on June 12. It now appears that either PublicationsMax.com is doing business as Magazine Burst or Magazine Burst is illegally selling customer account information to other companies. Either way, the charge of $89.00 from PublicationsMax.com is unauthorized and amounts to credit fraud. I have attempted to call the 866-624-2877 number numerous times and always gotten a voicemail telling me to leave my name and number and a representative will get back to me. Naturally, no one ever calls me.
