Rude unprofessional scammer

I spent 90$ on a voucher for two sessions of Swedish Massage, of course there was no problem charging my card but ones I tried to redeem the voucher there was nobody to talk to, nobody picked up the phone and nobody returned my messages for a couple of weeks now.
So, I decided that anyway I am not interested anymore in doing any business with a company that doesn't respect their clients in today's economy or any economy whatsoever! I contacted Living social, explained the problem and asked for a refund but shockingly this was their response: 1. You can give the voucher as a gift to your friend. 2. You can use the voucher after the expiration day.
And all I want to say is " are you D#MB?" I JUST SAID NOBODY IS PICKING UP THE PHONE"
And after all of this nightmare i am not interested in anything any more I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! But my request was denied, this must be the worst company EVER!
