Terrible delivery

This is the third time that i was supposed to recieve a package on specified day and it did not arrive. The tracking told me it was out for delivery. No notice was placed on my door or mailbox that confirmed that they arrived. When contacting the company who are contracted to deliver it they hung up on me. She told me that she is not driver and would not debate their tardeness. They told me that it was poor roads prevented them form delivery yet it was not nearly as bad i even saw the truck in town delivering parcels. I called the day it was to be delivered and i was told wait till 5 pm it will arrive. Today it is even worse weather. Why pay for fast shipping if they dont honor fast shipping.
