Shane Co The
Wedding Band broke

I purchased my wedding band at Shane Co and the center row of diamonds fell out. Since i had moved several times, I was unable to find the paperwork however they had my order in their computer, and knew exactly how much i bought it for, and when. They raised the price of my ring by $400.00 since i purchased mine, and only offered me a $500 credit towards a new one. He told me if i had paperwork, he may be able to credit a bit more. This was the 2nd item that i purchased at Shane Co that had broken. I will never purchase a thing from them again. I was devestated that it fell apart (center rack of diamonds fell out)
