Shipping and refunds are the absolute WORST!

I have ordered several times from BTR and I must say that I can find some very good deals and unique clothing items, however, the shipping issues make you rethink your decision to purchase with them! I have had to wait in excess of 6-8 weeks in some cases for items to be delivered and that is totally unacceptable. I have sent back a few items because the quality looked sub-par and they actually looked as if they were worn, wiped and resold! Granted I do have some FAB pieces from BTR and I am grateful... I still shop with them periodically, but I do check with Ideeli & HauteLook to see if the same designer will be featured with them soon. The return process is even WORSE than shipping! I was told that I needed to wait an ADDT'L two weeks to see my credit even though my items have been received back to their warehouse... Why an additional 2 weeks when you charged my VISA immediately upon order and you never even had the items in house! Do better BTR! Your complaints are starting to pile up.
