I ordered 2 aprons with names to be monogrammed on Oct. 27. The purchase was charged to my account and taken from my checking account. I was interested in receiving the aprons for a special occasion in November. I have written and asked about them and received a "please try not to bother us" reply. Then I saw that the price had been reduced and I wrote that I wanted $8 refund and never received any reply. I have not received any word about where my aprons are. Is this a legitimate company or have I been ripped off? Is it too late to stop payment on this merchandise. I am very disappointed and want my aprons or my money back soon! I have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please do something about this vender in your etsy website. You have lots of others that are fabulous.
