Braums: cleanliness, Mesquite, Tx

Hello, My wife and I have made many visits to the store located on 3506 Galloway ave, Mesquite, Tx. The store needs major help. When you walk in the front dorr the cleanliness of the store is rediculous. Paper all over the floor through out, you tell the floors have not been properly swept or mopped. The restrooms are horrible. Then to the customer service at the counter. Staff has an attitude of they don't care. They are just there to get a paycheck (show up check). The manages seem to have no knowledge of how to handle issues. The food is often cold by the time you get, they are slow to complete orders, the orders are often wrong. If this what foos service has come to. I think it's time we take our business some where else. It seems this is a running issue with braums through out the US. I wonder what would have if we started boycotting the stores who refuse to properly train staff and hold them accountable for quality service, and superior products. Not perfect but at least show us how much you care. We all know what boycotting will do to a store chain. Eventually the store will cease to exist. This is not a threat. But, if things don;t change, change will take place.
