Horrible Service/Customer Service

I reside in the center of nowhere and also have no use of highspeed web apart from hughesnet. They've been terrible since I registered. I've just had their support because the end-of May and also have previously invested about 6 hours complete about the telephone together over about 6 calls. Occasionally I've no support or even the support is really sluggish that it hardly operates. The tech support team is truly difficult to comprehend, language is outwardly another lanugauge to everybody that has actually responded the telephone. That is charging me a lot of money. If anybody has any recommendations regarding ways to get greater support I am all ears.
