AT&T Utilities - AT&T cable wire

A guy that claimed to be an AT&T employee by the name of Randy walked into our backyard without permission to supposedly check on a telephone easement. He presented no identification and documentation as to whom he was and to who is employer was. When I asked what was he doing in my backyard without permission he claimed that he needed to lay a wire for another contractor to install underground the telephone easement. I informed him that he had no right to be in our backyard without permission and he informed, "what was the big deal." I informed additionally that he showed no identification or documentation. That is when he said his name was Randy and that he worked for AT&T and that he would leave and call the police. I called the police on him because he was trespassing on private property.
