Poor Customer Service - Online Bill Pay

I spent 2 days trying to setup a bill pay. One instance I was on the phone for over an hour. I called both Zash Pay & US Bank to try & figure out what the problem was.intrestingly enough both parties told me there was nothing they could do, it was the other parties issue. Yet again, I call back & ask for a conference call, only to be told "I dont have to do that." I have was so offended & appaled that my simple request was met with such rude & discourteous service. I have been in banking for the last 5 years & would never dream of telling a client 'I dont have to meet your request.' Clearly 12 years of loyalty means absolutely nothing to US Bank.
