Huge Scam - ALL

Don't use these people. They are scam artist. Nobody is never able to answer your phone calls... During normal working hours, always an excuse about the computer system or phone lines. The service techs. Are always from far away and they never call... Even when you call them they dont answer. I've had three claims that were legitimate and all three were denied or have not been paid. I had an appliance break, it took three contractors and three weeks before someone finally got out to see it and then they refused to pay what it would cost to replace the appliance. They told me they pay what it would cost them to replace it at their cost... Where can you find a refridgerator for 210 bucks? Read the reviews on google... They are a true reflection of who these people really are. Seriously... Don't use them! Oh but there is one thing they are always on time for... Debitting your account for the payment each month!
