Very deceptive and misleading warranty company

I have a Whilpool dishwasher that went out, I wont bore you with all the details, but to fix it would have cost Colonial $250.00.. The cost of the same unit here in AZ at the CHEAPEST price is 329.00.. So Colonial says they will not repair but replace it with a comprable size and capacity with a cash buy out. Sounds great until you see how they figure there buy out. We will give you a check to replace it for $169.00 Dollars... WHAT, how do you figure that one??? We have the right to pay you for a comprable unit at our wholesale price that we scower the US for. And our best wholesale price is $169.00.. But I cant shop wholesale across the country, let alone have it installed free. So where does that leave me? Paying about 169.00 dollars to replace it if i install it myself, not counting the $40 for the contractor who came buy and diagnosed it. Soooo The sum total of the replacement with the service call is going to cost me 259.00 installed from Lowes who at this time had the same unit on sale. Dont you just love it when they decieve you up front? And you dont know it until you file a claim. I am going back to OLD REPUBLIC Home warranty.
