Disappointing! - Direct TV HD DVR package

Salespeople will say anything to push a sale, when the technician showed up, he show up with a standard box not HD like I was promised, he then called to switch the box and he was told that I had to pay an additional $199 on top of $200 already paid!!! 4 different people said 4 different things!!! Direct tv costumer service reps are uneducated, what happen to the clients is always right, forget that how about just being polite!!! They made mistakes and don't even apologize!!! Uneducated!!!
