Very dishonest company! Stay far way!

Faculty Guide Tenant is just a business that ostensibly increases make money from bad university students once they get the chance to. I declare this since I obtained a guide from the third party, and that I obtained it in a poor situation to start with, and since I didn"t inform them, I HAD BEEN CHARGED $127.81. That's completely not reasonable. Why might they actually send a guide to somebody if it had been currently partly broken to start with? I actually donot believe they have on document what situation the publications have been in before they deliver them out!!! I guess not, since that'is only a loophole to achieve revenue from bad university students. I'm NOT happy with just how this organization chose to manage this issue, or am I happy with Amanda the consultant in the broken department. She wasn't supportive to my problem, and he or she was really rude. I'll no further conduct company together since I really believe they're out to consider cash from pupils who curently have difficulty in university. I'm really discouraged that I had been held responsible.
