Lying about amount to be charged

They called my cell phone having a good offer for many magazines and in exchange i'd get a 100 buck walmart gift card and only be charged 19.16 per month for your membership. I had been also told the charge would come on the 15th of the month. Well on that same day they charged me damn near 80 bucks for god knows what so when i observed it today and called them the customer support woman however had the nerve to try and convince me of the good deal i had been getting. I am talking about easily need 80 dollars worth publications i'll get them, nor need someone to call me and sell me the golden gate bridge. I screamed at her and stated that i did so not care what the charge was for that i needed everything refunded with no further charges to be charged to my card.
