Cook's Illustrated
Unauthorized billing

In 2008 I requested a Holiday present of the 2008 Cook's Illustrated guide. I designated that it had been something special and compensated entirely once the purchase was positioned. Which was the finish of it, approximately I imagined. This season I obtained another guide (the brand new 2009 edition) that used to do not purchase. After I approached customer support they believed to return the guide using the tag on the internet site. Which was per month before, I'm still getting overdue notices seeking cost. I'd not recommend being a customer of the organization if they're likely to handle their clientis in this way.
