Hidden Unauthorized charge

I requested a guide ($16.93), so when my American Express statement arrived inside was that charge, along with a charge for $14.95 like a membership fee charge. It was unauthorized... Never decided to or was it actually described... After I named the organization, they didn't wish to return the cash, however they ultimately stated they'd but that it'd have a handful of payment cycles. I subsequently named American Show who explained to not spend the statement. I told them that I study that DBS might refresh the charge card for membership costs in a later day. American Express arranged it-up where they will not be ready to achieve that. Don't buy anything from these folks. They'll tear you off big style!!
