Will not return my check

I requested publications from two children and attempted to stop prior to the day, because of how rude these were being in my experience and also the price was high. I did so all of the ceremony eliminating methods, which was in august i still haven't recevied my money again, i kept calling them-and they state that they will set me on the checklist to obtain it in my experience quicker and today its january and that I still haven't got my income. Today i try calling them-and they never reply the telephone and that I cant not abandon a note in order for them to contact me back. Iam so fed up with coping with this, iam sersiously considering calling an attorney. Thanks Marie Renfro
