Unfamiliar in my experience this company has had over an american specific consideration I've. They currently be seemingly contacting third parties (relatives for instance) and discussing the reason why of the phone call (debt for amex) using the 3rd party -revealing personal info without having authorization or confirmation of who's really addressing the telephone - within an energy to obtain information on me.

They've my house, function and cell numbers even though we get incoming calls which are blocked (therefore we can not tell who's calling) which we don't reply - they've never quit a note or delivered any data within the publishing showing they're attempting to reach me. Today they're calling third parties in addition to my wifes workplace.

I don't challenge your debt - however the claims ceased visiting the home and that I haven't obtained any supplies showing the particular balance due - I'll not merely deliver resources with no itemized statement.

In studying this company it seems these were fined for many of the methods detailed above (contacting third parties / calling workplace etc)

I don't possess a large debt with Amex (@ 4,000) and am surprised they might contact third parties in this manner. Am I right this is the things they were fined for? T Ideas?
