Fraudulent Invouce

Literature & Books

On January 3rd I received a letter from "Paula Morgan, Customer Service Manager" stating that my bill is overdue and my payment is due immediately.

the order details show that there was a purchase called "ESS ROMANCE" that was placed in November.

I never signed up for any kind of subscription service or purchased any kind of books. I would NEVER read a romance novel nevermind purchase one.

Not only did I not order or subscribe to this, I also never received an invoice until it was overdue

This is obviously a scam and they don't have any information except my address, so I'm not going to call them and hand them my phone number because after reading these complaints, it seems that once they get your number, they continually harass you.
